make it sound like a fly, then you got a proper 1999's makina sound :)

lol, I have no idea what all these terms are, hahaha. I just know makina has a sharp, bouncy kick. high pitched everything? lol. I'm on cubase studio 4, have z3ta+, and will get vangaurd, v-station, battery soon. but how would i go about getting the kick first? do i just get a kick from sample cd, and there's something i gotta do to it in cubase?
