smokin is good for stress releif. well for me it is any way.
ive been through a lot of stress over the last couple of weeks with the ex and fags calmed me down.
i only smoke 10 a day and am on lights

i only smoke when out of my faced pissed at the most sh*te place to go out ever.. i dont generally note what im smoking. im pretty sure there's been a few joints in there somewhere. gotta stop..

I started smoking before highschool.
Anyway been smoking for over 10 years now, soon half of my life, which is kinda sad really. Usually buy blue Smart, Downtown or Chesterfield, cause their cheap.
Though recently for my lack of enthusiasm in quitting been thinking of buying those electric cig's, at least i would only get nicotine but not the rest of the crap thats filled in those things.
