If you mean it's better than the new Hardcore Nation: Next Generation, you've clearly gone mad. Better than the other HN's, yes.
TH2 had a few good tracks, a few crap ones and some annoying MCing. I borrowed a mates copy and I wont be buying.
Better than other HNs? Which ones? Maybe than Hardcore Nation Classics... But HN 1-3 is far-far better than this one!
Hardcore Natiion Next Generation recently released.
Maybe than the first cd of HN:NG... But definitely not better than the Darwin/Fracus/Jakazid mix!!

Listened to a couple of tunes only so far, it's still playing. But what's with the overdose of MCing? It works in some songs but for example, it doesn't fit in Dougal & Gammer Feat. Cat Knight - Reach Out. When that part came on I just went "wtf".
Dougal & Gammer Feat. Lisa-Marie - Right Here By My Side is ****ing awesome though! And the opener of CD1, It Will Be Alright is great too!

Personally I though the Seduction and Stu Allan disks sucked hairy, sweaty balls and got pubes stuck in their teeth. Just personal opinion mind. The robbie Long disks smack it hard though I suppose. Only thing that saves the albums IMO. Now these new ones have that bootleg disk instead it's utter rubish. I guess they have changed the name though so you could argue it's not the same album.
HN:NG is amazing though. Awesome album.
True Hardcore 1/2 aren't great and I hate the MC's. Just prefer more of the tunes to the Stu Allan and Seduction HN and HA disks.

getting this this week. I can imagine robbie longs cd being best. He is generally very underestimated as a dj. His tunes are great and mixing is good. :)

IMO, his disc on Hardcore Nation really isn't that interesting. On the other hand, Alison Wade makes Seduction's CD shine, and Stu Allan's disc is filled with amazing anthems. I haven't listened to the previous 2 volumes though.
I just ordered True Hardcore 2, and my expectations are very high, considering the first one is easily my favourite Hardcore album of 2007.

WTF? Seduction's mix on Hardcore Nation 2 was a real classic!
Oh well... different people, different taste...

Yeah. I'm really not keen on the cheese bounce sound these days so that's not a good start.

The MCing ruins the cd for me. Not getting. And ya, whats up with all the male vocals? They dont sound good with Hardcore.
