This was released a couple of years ago in the USA! and I recommend everyone to buy it! Its f**king fantastic! basically has loads of old tracks on it that you will never get on a UK album! I remember half the tracks but the other half are also amazing!

I did, however; buy NRG x3. That was before I saw the Happy Hardcore volume and found out about the label.

Most likely NRG x3 is unlicensed as well, I wouldn't buy anything from this label.

How can it not be licensed, when it's mixed by DJ Brisk?
or is it, per se, that it isn't licensed with RIAA?
THE GO BUY IT

The same way that recent vibes album (not going to mention the name) from Apace was also unlicensed. Vibes got paid and none of the tracks were licensed.
This has been re-issued by a new label in order to do that they need to re-license all the tracks which they haven't.

I have both the NRG X3 and i had Happy Hardcore X3 for a week, but gave it 2 my nephew because he likes hardcore. i got NRG 1st and noticed that every time i played the cd in my computer it had a totally different title 4 it and DJ. so yea i finally realized that they were unliscenced and re-released w/ different titles.
As for the HH X3, i actually had all 3 original HappyHardocreFoundation by HighBorn, but only recognized 1 of the CDs from the HH X3 as a brisk mix. i was pretty pissed off when i got home and heard the other 2.
So yea, Don't buy it! Also, what about this CD called Xperience Happy Hardcore, now that i think about it, it seems suspicious. can someone fill me in on that 1

Xperience Happy Hardcore was released by Moonshine, the same label behind Happy2bHardcore, and contains only Scott Brown tracks.
Based on CD Inlay, XPERIENCE HAPPY HARDCORE is licensed by Slip Records AND eolutionrecords.net
