Is there a way to change the percentage the pitch adjustments on the decks go up by? It seems overly sensitive at the mo' making me think its on +12 or higher...

You can change it in internal mode but in relavtive or absolute it is not possible.

press F2 for the left deck and F7 for the right deck
Under the track title and above the cue points there is 3 buttons you can click on as well (abs. rel. int.)

ah yeah. I got that mate, cheers. Just cant see where you can change the pitch %?

Never mind lol. It only goes to 8% anyway. Seems a bit more sensitve than that for some reason!

it goes to whatever your decks can play to :) m5g's for ex go to +/- 16%
