Silver has a good point. If you do teasing and cutting before you actually mix the tune in, it'll help you adjust the levels.

There's no magic bullet mate, just use obvious techniques that the guys have already mentioned. Know your tunes, use your ears and visual aids, practice for better intuitive reactions. That's it.

i recommend using your ears. you can read all day long and watch videos until the sun comes up but if you don't train your ears you won't amount to shit. ant thats that. at least with reading books and watching videos you will have amassed techniques of how the next guy does it.

best way is use your ears but if you cant get that an easy way to do it in 3 simple steps

1 buy serato
2 build overviews
3 click set up and then click auto gain
