Ok, so Im wondering if anyone can help me. Alot of DJs post mixes on here all the time and I need a 60 minutes (approx) mix that a DJ does not mind me using to MC over and put on a c.d to hand out to event organisers etc etc
I am looking for and upfront UK mix, please no freeform, no gabber, no really like old school hardocre etc as Im just after an upfront hardcore mix.
Can anyone help? Obviously when giving the demos out to promoters I will also include the DJs contact details incase the organiser wants to book you.

Hmm
I'm interested... What do you use to record?
Do you record the MCing on a different track? (cause I'd want to fix levels/EQ/compress if needed/etc.)
Some of my older mixes are in my sig, but I'll have a new one done over the next two weeks.

my plan is to put the mix onto c.d and then record it back into audacity but with me MCing through my mixer, thus going over the top of it

Of course, whilst you're at it, you could record your MCing as a WAV and send it, exclusively, our way.

That's not ideal because you can't do levels/EQing and stuff seperately from the mix
The best way is to output the mix to headphones (or even speakers) and MC on the mic, recording to a new channel.
But I'm just too picky about recorded mixes.
