Ok. I don't get worked up about a lot of things, in fact very little stuff phases me. But this is a film that each and every one of you MUST watch. That's if you really believe how you tell yourself posting on this website or reading its posts every day makes you a real lover of music.
When i say that, i don't mean it in any sort of shot at anyone for anything, I say it only to highlight the brillance of this film i found on youtube that perfectly details the history of the Amen break, and I think it will educate many of you on here as to the histroy of not only this sound, but a lot of the scene that you all love today.
Watch this film, its only 20 minutes long and I was rivetted throughout. Please take this seriously, it's great to know about where the music we love on this site came from. I feel like we actually owe it to history to spend 20 measly minutes of our day to appreciate what the past has given us.

Quality video!! First time i've seen it as i wasn't on here when Mortis first posted it. I'd love about an hours worth to listen too when stressed as it's very relaxing :)

Damn I never realised that that drum loop is used everywhere, kinda makes me think how something that simple can have such a big impact on music everywhere nowadays. Great find, thx for this :)

Well aren't you so grand and amazing Morty Burns . Naaa, just come across it today and thought yea fook me its a great piece of work, is a few years old but still very much a relevant piece think worth sharing out.
Thought it was actually really enjoyable to watch.
