first one had the lyrics "the only way we know how is through a bass drum" heard this song many times at parties no idea on the track name.
second had the lyrics "if i were you id never let me go"
any help is MUCHLY appreciated. thanks!

The second is 'If I were you' and Breeze and ritmen (i think) has done a version so has Al Storm and the vocals are by Candee Jay

The first track is on the new Crush on Hardcore 4, Cd 1, called H.T.I.D.
These are the parts I can make out, some parts are a little hazzy
