To be honest i don't really care who mixes on Bonkers 18. As long as the album itself & the mixes are good. Thats all that matters.

what about Cotts and Ravine? surley there good enough for bonkers, at least they are a bit creative with there mixes instead of just straight fade in, fade out like most of the previous bonkers aublms have been (apart from bonkers 1 and 2 the mixing was quite good in them), and they use effects but maby they are too off the wall for bonkers? as bonkers is for everyone and not just those that like effects, and cutting etc.

^^
LOL I JUST ACCIDENTALLY A WHOLE BONKERS!!!
Fade in and fade out? Sharkey and Kevin Energy's mix certainly didn't do that. It's chock full of bizarre edits to make the songs fit just right in the mix.

and 1 and 2 were not mixed very well at all. they were beatmatched just fine, but what's the story with the dodgy cuts and mixing where you probably shouldn't mix on a song?
like i said, good songs do not equal good mix.

Cotts and Ravine are good DJs, but Bonkers has traditionally been mixed by established producers - as nearly all major compilations are. Also, it's not really about "true DJ skill", as most albums are software-mixed for a more polished effect.

Eh, you obviously never bothered buying Bonkers 16.
i previewed it and didn't like it that much at all. i guess i missed who the DJs were in that one.

um breeze is a legend in the hardcore scene. he was busy creating hardcore while weaver was still a kid.
trust me, everyone on earth has heard of breeze.

And you think Al is doing it how? ;) It's only Sharkey that is 100% confirmed. Hell, as far as i know - his tracklist is complete.
