That tune is like 7 years old, so about the right age to be released on AATW :P I mean they seem to only release tunes that have been power played to death.

Also there already is a Hardcore version of it, by Redalice if i remember right...

Interesting read about this track, the original guy that made this remix has never been paid or even contacted about it. AATW would need to acquire the mechanical rights for this remix in order to release it to which nothing has happened...
