What you're experiencing just happens when you're a bit inexperienced with either music or composition itself.
Learning piano for example would help... it happens less and less often the longer you've been composing music for... it hasnt happened to me in... yeah a long time.

It happens, you just have to walk away and come back to it later.
Every producer has something that they do when things arent going right... I play my ps2 or watch movies or something... you just HAVE to stop thinking about it....
