Hi hi! I am new here! Pleasure to meet all of you. ^_^
Anyways, after Katrina hit New Orleans it feels like the city is dead in the way of hardcore. :( Just GOOD electronica in general is pretty much seemingly absent.
Is New Orleans pretty much off the map?
Anyone in the city or surrounding areas who knows something I don't. :(
Please, if you know anything about New Orleans and if there are any parties happening let me know. I know Ampersand kind of puts on... but it is super expensive and ends up just being an old nightclub. :(
Anyone here help me out?
If you just want to say hey too that is great!

the only events I've seen for new orleans have been at the ampersand so I think you may need to travel if you want 'ardcore

I can imagine New Orleans having more to think about in the way of re-building to be worried about hardcore music - I'd be surprised if any form of entertainment is going on there at the moment. It must be a really tough time for them. 3 hurricaines within about 3 years
