Is that the old skool one? i used to have that pack but all the tapes have been borrowed/stolen etc lol.
My fave ever tape would have to be Juice & Cally energy 2001....I know its not hardcore and not really my style (happy hardcore) but they play so many hard trance/dance slammers in that set it's too good not to be my fave tape...Also it was the first set i ever heard live so that might have something to do with it.

I can't think tbh. I stopped listening to my tapes when I got a car with a CD player... Still got hundreds sat in a cupboard at home.
I remember having a couple of Kaos tapes I used to always play. His mixing was erm.. not great. I just loved his tunes from the go mental dark and future dance days. 8-) I've got bonkers 1 on tape too. That's had a good caining. :P
I know I had a couple of other favourites but it's been so long since I've played them I can't remember what they were. :(

I find this comment kind of ironic, your name for a start and the amount of moaning you've done over the years about the music these days which lets face it, isn't that much different to 00-02.

ahhh, a lovely thread. My favourite tape is, without a doubt, one that i recorded off of soundz fm about 8/9 years ago. Was a brilliant tape with a load of classic happy hardcore and bouncy tracks on it.
Absolutely cained that tape to nigh extinction. i made a couple of recordings of the recording so the actual original tape is long gone somewhere but still was immense. The DJ's were Dimebar, and The AB. (on a side note, don't suppose anyone has heard of them or know if they are still about or anything?)
Baldo's actually got that tape atm (and has had it for bloody ages, as he's meant to be gettin in transferred to cd for me *AHEM MATEY!!!*) but yea i'm in absolute fear over that tape breaking before its recorded. Would be gutted to lose it.
