Hi all,
I've just finished a remix of 'Lucky Star' It's been done in various styles a fair few times but it's for a competition so not a big deal. You can download the full mix for free here:

Thanks for that bugbear,
Yes mate, working on an original of mine right now featuring Taya on vocals and also remixes of fresh, original tracks for a couple of other guys aswell. I'll upload some clips as and when I can

Is there a particular section these kind of posts should go in?

this is the right forum.
i think this is by far the best happy hardcore i have heard this year. i want more this style. i love the synergy of two different kinds of sounds with the guitar in there (even tho it doesn't sound real but whatev). i think this is really the future of hardcore, just pushing the sound more.
what program did you use to make this?
seriously quality stuff. thanks.

Hi Vitalism and thanks for the great feedback!
I'm a loyal Cubase user, still running SX3 but considering upgrading to 4 (although not in any great rush)
Glad you like it and I really appreciate the feedback

Sounded good, but I would work on getting a more full production sound.

Thanks Leto
Do you mean elements within the mix or the overall sound of the finished mix?
At this stage the track would usually be sent for mastering but as its just a comp entry I won't be bothering with this one. Mastering usually takes care of a few issues obviously.
Thanks to everyone for the feedback
Andy

Hm. Well if it's not mastered, then it's not terrible. I enjoyed it!
