I know I have asked this before but I can't remmeber what I did before to make mp3 files smaller! I Had Switch but the trial has ended & I don't know where I can 'purchase' it from as the website takes me round in circles!  All I want to do it make mp3 files smaller so I can upload them or put them onto my phone!

I use Audacity to modify the bitrate for use on my phone.

Pepsky audio converter is good, any format audio can be converted to any bit rate or any format be it wav mp3 wma and more :)
