I get annoyed with it too but yet I'm guilty of it myself. :( I try to avoid doing something that has been re-mixed to death already mind. The problem is, when you're at a point in the learning curve of production and favour a vocal heavy type of music, you tend to go looking for an easy way to get vocals. Not everyone can manage to record their own I guess!

Still.. I'm working on a track with Fingaz and a freeform track with no vocals atm so I can be remix free for a bit. :P

But if you're looking for singing it's not the one. ;) Even if I could get my own vocals in key they would still be shit. :P

I know how to edit the **** out of recorded vocals and that though.

Yeah all the constant remixes get annoying.

There are lots of vocalists out there that can record their own bare vocals and give them to you. Theres also a lot of songwriters that do the same....

Remixes have their place but CONSTANT remixes piss me off.

Hook us up then mate. ;) Obviously had better luck than me finding people.

I know one person who lives near me who will do it with no initial costs. Gonna hopefully get her to do some stuff for some hardcore breaks but don't think her vocals are too suited to UK... Dunno, maybe we'll come up with something. Need to get a bloody half decent mic first though!

I spoke to some bloke from round 'ere about it and his vocals where just average and he was up his own arse. :-/ Not worth dealing with a wanker for average vocals.

Got a couple of people in mind for doing vocals but need £. Downside of having your own place I guess. :(

Yea, had a chat with her. Seems a nice lass and good vocals. Gonna work on something soon with her. Need to sort the $ for travel and that though. Which is all fair and good 'cept I'm short on cash. lol.

that's because hardcore is dying again and some producers are probably running out of ideas.

I know what you mean... ever since I got into the core I started seeing more and more remixes (of anything). Now I can't go a day without hearing at least two happy hardcore remixes of other songs.

BobbyRitalin: What do you mean it's dying? Seems lively if you ask me...
