Having no local supplies of Hardcore in North America also makes it extremely hard to get a consistant crowd of Hardcore enthusiasts at parties over here! :(
and Meathead, am I wrong if I say you had decided to hate this album even before it came out? I think we got the idea that HTID isn't your cup of tea by now :P

There were a rare few cds sold here in America.
Happy2bHardcore Chapters 1-7
The World Of: Vinylgroover, Scott Brown, Dougal, Sy & Unknown, Breeze
This Is Noize vol.1 & 2
That's What I Call Hardcore
Happy Hardcore Anthems
Xperience: Happy Hardcore
Happy Hardcore x3 (Not a licensed release, its just HappyHardcoreFoundation series re-packaged)
Platinum Happy Hardcore??? Not sure if this was originally an American release*
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

the Happy 2B Hardcore series where probably the most succesfull of the North American Hardcore releases.
I think it's not a coincidence if the attending of Happy/UK Hardcore oriented parties here in Montreal has been slowly and constantly dropping since 2003, year the last Happy 2B Hardcore was released. The Happy/UK Hardcore scenes in Quebec city and Toronto also have been slowly dieing since 2003, with the end of Hullabaloo and Goodfellaz just to name a few.
UK fans are really lucky to be experiencing a thriving scene. Here in america, it's like trying to stay afloat on a sinking ship.

I agree with Silver. Although HTID2008 and Hardcore addiction are very different cd's, they are both excellend albums.

There's some here:

Looks like the first 2 CD's will be utter horse shit and the 3rd may be in with a shot of being half decent, but don't think i'll risk it by paying good money for it . I'm going to be avoiding this one like the AIDS.
... only line-up was announced...
Anyways :P
Is it still possible to get a hand on Hardcore Addiction with free shipping?

My copy came in over the weekend, and I can honestly say I really enjoyed both mixes! Cd 3 was kinda....ehhh....but Overload made it all worth-while.
