ok, this is not a hardcore track at all, its not even electronic music, this is basically my last resort.
I can only remember these 3.4 seconds motif of the song.... and thats it. it is perfectly clear in my mind, but i just cant manage to remember anything else, except I listened in my childhood, I don know if it was a tv show theme, or a song, I got nothing, just the notes in my head 
here is the sample, its played in a piano to avoid confusion, I dont remember the instrument of the original song...
