As for the mix... Sounds wicked!
I liked the last one better (the rip of Ayla and 'Take me home' were just TOO amazing), but this is pretty awesome. I've alreayd listened to it 5 times!
I'm not sold on MCing over mixes but it definitely makes a good demo of what a live set with Orbit1 + MCs would sound like. The electro-partycore style is very suited to MC lyrics.

Hmmmm, did you edit the mix after though? Like normalize it so all the gains and levels are all the same etc...?

Its a studio mix by an experienced audio engineer, of course it was mastered with some post processing (levels, compression, etc were all fixed up...) that's why its so loud and sounds so good!
The bestmatching should always be perfect on studio mixes, imo. Especially if its a mix of your own tracks (which are usually produced at the same bpm).
So what should impress you here is the eqing and cuts, not the bestmatching. Its perfect!
So congrats Sam, this mix rocks. Its nice to see someone who cares enough to record a perfect mix.
And Sam is a wicked DJ, I saw him live at wemf and all his cutting and quick mixing was perfect.

how the hell could anyone have the cojones to release a demo with a beat going off? LOL
The tunes are mastered at the same levels, I dont even need to touch the gain knobs. Thats just consistancy in my engineering rather than anything else.
Considering they are my own tunes (bar 2), I know exactly what I need to do before I do it.

I really like the remix of ultimate seduction
the weird thing is that it sounds kinda like "Living on Video" to me - I think it's the note pattern

I've been listening to this mix nonstop since it came out, never took the time to comment though, so now is the time!
I absolutely love when enemy or static goes three! two! one! ROCK! and it goes mental from there. So yeah.. I really like the remix of the ultimate. A bit much MCing at times, but I don't really mind - as Enemy is my favorite MC at the moment. Orbit and Lethal Thoery is on that list when it comes to mixing and producing. What more can I say - Super duper mix, it's already rockin' on my ipod.

rumour has it NZ is worse. I've heard about package deals trying to pass off 128K as broadband....

Great mix lads, I love what u lads are doing out there. Giving hardcore that kick up the arse that it needs. I'm not the biggest fan of the MC's too be honest but that might just be me bing picky! Great stuff lads & hope to hear much more in the future!
