Im from Poole in Dorset on the south coast! He has lived down here for years but was from Brum originily. He still has the accent lol

hey smoogle, i've got an idea for you. once you join the union, find out if your union is a referral union. meaning, that once you are in it, see if they can help you find placement in another job that does the same work.
that would be ideal if that were the case. the union that i belong to is full referral and you report to the union hall and they will dispatch you to jobs around the area that are within your specification. also the wage scale increases on a basis of hours. for instance, every 875 hours worked you will receive a $2 an hour raise, and it will top out at $38 an hour after two years.

in Aus its a bit different. we have unions and work agencies. the unions protect workers and the agencies do job placement. don't know if there is a pay increase. dont think so but
