i'm 99% sure. unless that was ******** and you just forgot. or maybe i did. lol.

there isn't a single program that will emulate the sounds from back then.

good luck though.

i know of a producer on your side of the pond that has every bit of hardware needed to create classic hardcore, happy hardcore, and breakbeat of old

maybe you've heard of him,

darren styles.

i've asked this question before, but what exactly were the physical components involved in making hardcore before everything could be done virtually from one computer?

buddy here is talking about amiga, did they use a single computer to make a track back in the day, or did it involve a few different... machines, if you will?

sure they used computers at some point, but before that a lot of guys just put samples together alongside drum machines and synths.

before computers it was all hardware based production on things like Rolland TB 303's which can also be modified, and other hardware based music production tools like synthesizers and drum machines. Computers have totally changed the way digital music is produced who knows where it will end up.

Would be good if some of the oldskool producers dusted out the trust old hardware and started making Classic sounding tracks again!

Tbh its hard to get hold of that old hardware stuff now. a lot of it is expensive now,

95_was_the_time

Try get yourself some of the following things if u can find them,

Rolland TB303 Bassline
Acidlab modified TB-303
