dragonforce is an awesome power metal band, not much to do with hardcore except maybe for the speed the play, and this video I found on youtube, I must admit that, even though its not a master piece and the sound is crappy, I am really impress... 
this is definitely going to influence me, since hardcore and power metal, are my biggest loves

I hadn't heard this band before. kinda liked the guitar parts better as opposed to the synthy bits (they actually make guitars sound good with the techno), but the gabbery speed of it all just makes it too silly for my tastes.

well, what can i say. I like metal and i like hardcore, but that was just a ****ing disgrace. great if you're a 14 year old headbanger I guess.
as for metal then, stay away from dragon force, they're iced earth wannabee's.

i heard about this band through guitar hero, actually from a friend that plays guitar hero. through fire and flames is really quick but all their others songs are just meh, they begin to sound the same.
