it's easy to figure out.
at zero pitch start counting at the first kick drum for fifteen seconds.
take that number and multiply it by 4
that is your bpm

why do you care what BPM it is!?
I use a program DJBPM to manually tap BPMs when I'm producing and want to match up acapellas and such. You can also just drop it into a sequencer and change the project tempo till it fits.

I'm getting 173. So DjSamination is probably right.
Cheers.

Worth noting that if you're playing a vinyl then the BPM won't be constant since it's an analogue medium that is prone to uneven playback and even the most subtle warping. Often when I've ripped a vinyl to my computer, a track that's dead-on 172bpm will report as 171.978 or 172.102 or something silly, and even then won't stay constant to a metronome at that tempo.
A couple of times I've used Ableton Live, warp markers and a lot of patience to 'unbend' the tracks in question as best as I can. Depends what you want to do with the track though, I guess!

What turntable you using? I know Stanton's can't hold pitch for shit at high BPMs, You can get SL1200's serviced, well at least you could not sure if there is a big business anymore for it.
