Been running into a lot of good videos lately about Australian hardcore dance moves like the Brisbane stomp. besides Jump/Hardstyle dance, what other types of "proper" hardcore dancing styles can i find on youtube? i can't seem to find anything from the UK or i just don't the right thing to search.

Also, is there any difference between the Melbourne shuffle and Sydney shuffle?

I live in sydney and i wasn't aware we had a shuffle.

Shuffle refers to melbourne shuffle afaik - and all forms that comes with it - shuffles, turns, running man, everything.

People shuffle and stomp to hardcore.

Shuffling is BIG at the clubs with electro house and/or trance nights.

Its done to basically anything... electro, trance, hard trance, hardstyle, hardcore....

I'd say its most popular in hardstyle, trance and electro, though.

Look up a video on youtube "pae and sarah" they're excellent shufflers.

for hardcore, its basically liquid dancing, bouncing, shuffle, or stomping.
liquid is all the cool flowing stuff people do with glowsticks, bouncing is self explanitory, shuffle is rare, and stomp is something you'll see a small handful of people doing at a rave, at least in my area.

well yea i know about all those, but is there any type of signature style, like Brisbane stomp is pretty unique, i thought there was a definite style that was exclusive or well known in the UK besides jump/hardstyle

I hear most people talk about the Brisbane, which is pretty much the only stomp I'm aware of... and it's my favorite. I had a list earlier, but I'm not sure what I did with it... (A list with all kinds of stomps from Aussie, and the UK) I'll get back to you on that one...

this is a video that was made in the 90's about rave culture. this part was the only mention of happy hardcore in the entire movie. it's called "better living through circuitry" as you can see, they danced the same back then to hardcore as we do now

There is no sydney shuffle.

Anyways heres a good video. Pae and Sarah - Pae (the guy) is a perfect example of more of a hardstep shuffle, and sarah is the perfect example of melbourne shuffle.
