Its an old rave tune with the melody from the old christmas song 'when a child is born'
its kinda techno head vibe to it with a vocal going 'here i am, here i am' then goes on to the melody.
Its the only way i can describe it hope someone knows what it is?

Mark Oh - Tears Dont Lie? - tis the only hardcore track i know that uses "when a child is born" as the melody - it starts at around 0:48secs :)
