Gordon Browns gamble! in 5 years time we will either be back up and running or a third world country! our debt now means we can't enter the euro even if we wanted to! (70% don't) all I see in 5 years time is you either work for tescos and asdas or don't!

1. this is nowhere near the worst gamble britain has ever come across, it doesnt even classify as one of the top 1000 worst gambles, were living in a time of media hype. Recessions have happened before, there was a bigger one at the start of the 20th century for gods sake and we are still here are we not?
2. Third world country?? i think not. every single country in the world (bar china + india, due to the export power and ever-growing economys they have) is suffering the same issue as we are suffering and this issue is not anywhere near bad enough to make us a third world coutry.
3. National Debt. The united kingdom as a nation invented (When i say invented i mean stole from the dutch) national debt in the early 1700's to give us enough money to fund military escapades and colonise india, etc. The first world war put most countrys in large national debt, the Second world war put countrys in even more national debt (we had only finished paying it back a few years back). Why in this day and age we can say that national debt i a bad thing completely and utterly escapes me. If you have a mortgage on your house do you lie on the floor and give up life? No. If you have a larger national debt do you lie on the floor and turn into a 'third world country'? No.

sure jobs will be lost and firms will go bust but hey,
we have been through A Great deal worse times.

What a shame the bookies wudnt take my prediction i made on digital spy last year. 3rd world here week come. Tbh we neee it. The people of the uk have become to self obsessed, taking everything far granted greedy bastards - this is what happends when you have a dictator ship in charge!

 3rd World! The reason there is such a thing as 3rd world is because of us!  If we were to become a 3rd world country it would just be the world again! aaahahahaha
