don't you think this gives people in prison the excuse to rape younger inmates though? Just a thought. Mabey they should scare them another away & try & put a stop to the abuse of younger inmates in jails all over the worlds.
Or mabey i'm just soft? I don't know

Its an under lying rule of prison that everyone knows about though. As soon as a judge says it then it defeats the purpose & makes it seem right!
