freeform is a style of hardcore different 2 happy hardcore,djs like sharkey,energy,druid,ufo e.t.c in 1997 decided 2 produce a style of hardcore away from the happy piano vocals e.t.c they took other electronic music sounds and put them with hardcore beats,riffs e.t.c and thus you have the sound of freeform

Freeform was supposed to be whatever it wanted to be, hence; FREE-form. Unfortunately that isnt really the case. Trancecore, however, was just that IMO. Completely different to the Happy Hardcore being produced at the time.
To me 'Oh No' is your typical Happy Hardcore, whereas 'Truth' sounds much more Trancore-like. Both crackin tunes too!

The reason I assumed Truth was freeform was because of the song structure. Oh well. :U
