Ok... to elaborate... bear in mind I expect you to be able to google most of this stuff...
The first link is a vista theme. To get it to work you need to download the uxtheme patch for your operating system and install it. (Might I note, if you're using Windows XP, you won't be able to use the SteelFlash theme I linked to, it's Vista only). I should also note, that by default, you'll be installing it manually. If you want an automatic install, download a program called Vista Glazz and run it. It will automatically patch the theme files for you.
Patching the theme files allows you to use custom themes. So once that's done, download SteelFlash and follow the instructions.
The second link is Rocket Dock, which is basically the OSX dock for Windows. Download, install, customize, forget. The Rocket Dock theme I'm using comes with the SteelFlash download.
CD Art Display displays information about the current song being played in your music player, such as Winamp, WMP, Foobar2000, et cetera (as you can see from my screenshot, I'm listening to Is This Love? by Metropolis). From the third link. just download CD Art Display, run the installer and go from there. The fourth link is the skin I am using. Download and read the readme on how to install it.
