you can get some good free ones, avg is a very popular one, generally speaking though
its free for a reason..
kaspersky is one of the best ive used and it only costs £9 a year!

thats for the internet security version with firewall and everything, im not so sure i like the new interface of the 2009 version, but its still not a system hog like some of the others out there can be :)

overclockers are selling kaspersky discs cheap as chips! i paid a 15 quid for the internet security bundle, i think the AV on its own is a tenner or less
if u really dnt want to pay, google free avira

AOL used to give away free anti virus software, but seriously you should purchase kaspersky, it's really rock solid IMO.
