watch news and see what stocks are doing while trying to wake up
eat cereal
bathroom routine
play video games for an hour
go to work
come home from work, take the boy downstairs so wife can sleep
exercise for about 1/2 hr to 45 mins
watch cartoons or whatever I've dvr'ed
play video games or spin records
sleep & repeat
