I've known a guy with really bad schizophrenia for a good 10+ years now. He has it pretty bad and is unpredictable and sometimes violent. Especially when he has been drinking, smoking weed or not had his meds!
Paranoid schizophrenia is a bit more common though. I knew a guy (no longer with us) who developed this through heavy, hard drug use. Not really sure if this was the cause or it was just what triggered it. Actually attacked his parents with a chair because he thought they were plotting something against him.
Not a nice thing to have at all and certainly not very common.
I suggest you stear clear of drugs Ghostly.
