OK, two things that I have to say about collabs.

First: I am starting to produce again, on FL. Due to time constraints from running NSR I do not have the full time to do tracks on my own. Also, as I wasnt a brilliant producer anyway and have been out of it for a while, I am looking for someone to collab with to help me and also to get me back into it and learn some new techniques etc. Obviously owning NSR too means that any good tracks we make could be released on NSR! PM me if you fancy....a challenge lol.

Second: Who are your favorite collaborations? I personally like Cube::hard and Darwin together, but obviously Sy and Unknown are in there too!

im working with a local dude called trancestar in trance. im up for the challenge. i have some spare time and im learning more and more each day. its up to you if u wanna chat bout it

my favourites? brisk and ham are pretty good together. sy and unknown are okay. sharkey and k complex kicked ass :D styles and breeze are pants.. styles and force were better ;) although i loved the KF coalition for KF01 i think it was for 'Mind Of A Lunatic'. Such a tune, if a bit basic and dated. ethos & stormtrooper are a good duo. as are marc smith with robbie long :P ehh.. i like em all..

i always thought it would be interesting if we did a happyhardcore.com song,

one that everybody could work on....
i dont mind setting up a server that would allow anyone with the password we designate to upload and download new versions of it...contain the folder for samples etc etc

would take a bit of organising but a song that was worked on by so many people would be a killer ...

I think you have just volunteered yourself for a project there my friend!

You should start a new topic called 'the happyhardcore.com song' or something similar, and explain your plans and whoever wants to be involved just has to post in the topic. I dont know how it would be done, maybe if 10 people register, each person can have the track for a week, with you having the 1st and last week (as it is your idea).

Definately a good idea, get it started mate!

Ill even sign it upto my label if its good, and the money that would go to the artist can be donated to the website?!?!

man, I thought my Members CD was a good idea!

That's a wicked idea that! Get a post up about it m8 & see what the response is like. I'm sure it'll get great feedback 4sure

Also, it wouldn't be a problem if its ongoing over my CD or even the HHC.com track comp as its just a little bit here & there from all interested members. It wouldn't take long for everyone to add their bit although, it might have to be regulated & structured once the final ideas are together. It could be 20mins worth of ideas

most colabs gammer has done have been great, he's got a great way of being able to produce nearly all styles of hardcore to a very high standard

A little bit of an idea for that hhc song idea.
Maybe a small group could each work on an individual remix based around some samples and maybe some midis. Then at the end we could release a cd or download pack with all of the remixes.

@redwingz: I'm down for starting a new project. My work has been getting pretty stagnant as of late, so I'm looking for fresh style and input.

Best collab ever: Robbie Long & Stormtrooper from 04-06.
So many classic ch00ns from that pair.
