Now, obviously for live sets DJ`s pick a selection of tunes, but I`m wondering what goes into track selection for an album. Does the label just show the DJ the selection of exclusives and have them pick some and then have them pick the rest, or do they tell them the exclusives that need to be on, and thne let them go wild with the rest? Becuase there is no way it`s completely random.
Also, do labels come to producers and ask them to make tracks for the album, or are they just like ``hey, Gammer, what do you have that`s new``??
