is it possible to use the same vst playing two different sounds in two different channels in cubase?
i used to be able to do it on fruity loops easily, but in cubase if i open a new midi channel and use the same vst that im using in another channel i cant get them to play two different sounds.
surly there must be a way?

You certainly can. I'll tell you how later if no one else has. Just need to figure it out for myself as I've only been playing around on Cubase for about an hour. :P lol Not even tried that yet.
*edit*
Have you only got one vst channel running? You will need to open up another one for starters or bith your midi channels will be working off the same instance of Zeta.
