Have you tried Audacity?

That's what i use, it's free and you can split your mix in to individual tracks etc.

Pretty safe bet to try Audacity like Kinger said.

Record the mix onto PC, set the timeframe to FRAMES (75fps) playback and create a CUE file at the correct frame.

if you've got a standard sound card you'll just need one of these

you'll probably have to buy an extension for it too...

You need to plug your lead into your record out socket on your amp or watever you have, plug the other side in to your line in / mic etc then launch audacity.

Go in to edit > preferences and change the default playback and recording devices to the ones you want to use.

Then close audacity and re launch it. It should be set up and ready but you may have to select the specific socket from the drop down menu which is top right of the window... this is if you have selected a sound card with many sockets as your default device

o and one more thing, if you want to export your recording to mp3 you need to download "lame" mp3 encoder. You then point audacity to the lame file when you first export to mp3 and you won't have to do it again
