I'm starting to take up Muay Thai Boxing pretty soon. Huge MMA fan and Muay Thai will certainly help on my training regime

Just been to the gym round by mine. One of the trainers trains micheal bisping, £10 a month and £5 a session AMAZING!!!

Id say so yea. Judo and wrestleing are very similar and a lot of mma fighters wrestle.

Bisping trains exclusively at the Wolfs Lair academy and the trainers train people exclusively there. It's in Widnes. Unless you're from Widnes and actually went to there gym I probably doubt the guy is telling the truth.
