i heard this on the radio once! it's pretty funky and it has this guy going "ruff rugged and raw fcukin hardcore make you bounce bounce the dance floor party ripping like a chainsaw comon dance and raise ur middle finger to the law"
anyone know??

nope, but i can tell you that that sample (or parts of it) is in probably more than 10 different songs over every different genre in electronic music.

It is Ruff Rugged & Raw by Hujib...... It's on Brisk's mix on Hardcore Heaven 2 (2005). The "What we have here is a total disrespect for the law" sample is from Prodigy's "Their Law".
