Why complain or feel bad about the most natural thing in the world? Embrase growing old and enjoy it. If anything-it should give us more of a get-up-and-go spirit. Grow old with pride-not fear.

Its true, I don't want to my muscles, or bone structure to detereorate when i'm in my 60's or 70's, what kind of a life is it.
You cant "get up and go" anymore.
