With May fast approaching, plans for the NSR CD are well underway. We have seeked advice from much bigger people in the scene than us and people like NuFoundation and Shanty have been very helpful! One thing that we now need to start gathering, are artwork samples for the booklet and rear inlay. However, before we can gather artwork, we need a name for the CD.
We dont want something cheesy or stupid and our ideas are limited. So we thought we would open it up to the ravers for suggestions. If we use your suggestion, we will even mention you in the booklet, something like: 'Thanks to...... for the cd name' or whatever.
Below are the ideas that we have come up with so far, if you have opinions on them or a favorite, let us know, and also make your own suggestions:
Hardcore Revolution
Hardcore Explosion
Hardcore For The Masses
Global Hardcore
Hardcore Energy
Hardcore Collision

I gotta say every cd name with the word hardcore in it with another word behind it is very unorignal, theres so many.

It has to have the word Hardcore, raving etc. Because otherwise e.g. i would just pass it thinking its some stupid house compilation :P

I actually thought about that, but Im thinking 'Never Stop Ravin' will be the sub-heading type thing, like: 'Hardcore Revolution: Never Stop Ravin' type of thing.
Like Whispering said, I think it needs the word hardcore in just for things like google searches and ease to find.

something original is a must.
anything with 'hardcore' in the name isnt original and yet you must somehow relate the title to the genre of music.
other words like 'rave', 'dancefloor', 'beats', 'bass' loosely connect to the genre but maybe not enough.
maybe a particular mascot or trademark symbol can be used to better relate the hardcore genre and the title. look at the bonkers and happy hardcore album mascots :P
scottbrown used the big dog and the wiring for best of and rewired. next gen have their pink gun thing. :]
maybe a little robot? like a speaker with all the technical wiring and robotic legs. for that you'd need to know a 3d modellor to get images for the cover maybe. its like the style of album that scott brown used.

Cd 1: Skool Core 92-96 style - old skool shit
Cd 2: Beginning Of The End 97-99 - like bonkers 5-8 style.. i guess
Cd 3: Harder Underground 99-00 - the rarely heard style stuff that follows that kind of 'unpopular hardcore' trend. maybe some gabber
Cd 4: Hardcore Revolution 01 - present the newer kinda stuff
