I heard this song as a little kid, and can just kind of remember the melody.

I played what I can recall on the piano, I think it's the chorus and synth part:

eurodance?.m4a

Can't remember any words, except maybe "You're in love"

If you recognize this please let me know! Thanks!

Thanks for the instantaneous reply!

Haha, it's funny how they sound so different over 10 years later!

heh, yeah - ive been scouring the UK top 40 chart, week by week this week using youtube, trying to identify two songs that i can remember but dont know the name of...

one of them i dont have any details of....all i know is that a woman sung and spoke it - and it was played a fair amount around the time i went to holland one year on a family holiday (we used to go each year, so its somewhere between 1996 and 1998)

and the other one is a remix of the magic roundabout theme tune, that was released between 1996 and 1999, it went into the charts one week and was gone the next, never to be seen again (and to anyone out there, no im not refering to Marc Summers - Summers Magic) the song im thinking of was released almost 7 years after that one! i EVEN emailed marc summers himself to see if he knew who did it, and the reply i got was...

"Hi Rowan,

Yes, you have found Mark Summers of "Summers Magic" fame - well done!

The "remix" from 1995 was actually a bootleg, a sort of Hardcore meets Drum 'N Bass version if I remember correctly. Unfortunately, I think you'll find it's almost impossible to get now. It was pressed up in very limited quantities, about 250 or 500 max.

I've no idea what the title was or who was involved in making it. Sorry I can't help much more than that, and I don't even have a copy myself. Maybe try Hard To Find Records - the guys there are awesome at tracking down those elusive promos and bootlegs ( www.htfr.com )

But just one thing though - I'm a bit confused how you would have heard this on Radio One's Top 40 show. Could it be Souvlaki "Inferno" you're talking about? It's a House track which went Top 20 for me in September 1996. They may have mentioned "Summers Magic" before/after playing it, just as a reference to myself"

yeah im in a chatty mood tonight :P
