My current Hardcore artist name is 'Fluxx', though I want to change it for a couple of reasons..
firstly, there was a Fluxx' on Bonkers 11. So the names not as original as I thought.
secondly, when i doodle, I cant draw good 'x's
however, there are a couple of disadvantages. Before 'Fluxx', I was 'Acidfluxxbass', and to lose the name fluxx would lose my history and probably the recognition from firends and people who are already aware of me.
The name I want to change to is "Archelon", though I'm considering "Archetype" or maybe even "Archefluxx"..
I already use Archelon as my Trance producing name and intend to continue to do so.
Thoughts? Is it worth it or should I stay as fluxx'?

Archetype sounds too much like Arkitech, I like Archefluxx though, thats a bit different

Thats true, archetype is a bit much like arkitech.
i think i will go for archefluxx.. it retains the 'fluxx' and seems pretty hardcore :)
and i could get away with keeping the new logo (see avatar)

fluxx for me was always a problem because it would have been overshadowed by the original and i want it to be original and completely individual..
'olly clapp' is my real name. bacause it's got 'clapp' in, i may use it incase i do any gabber work or another genre. If you want to giggle now at the surname, do so now, and get it over with :P
'Archelon' is the name ive used for trance for the opast couple of months and shall remain.
'Acidfluxxbass' was always a tongue twister. guess i wanted something a bit more snappy and short...
'Archefluxx' seems to fit the bill. No other name is anything like it. its recognisable and uses the 'Fluxx' and 'Archelon' Names. That's the one I'm deciding on. The short logo is on the left in the avatar, full logo can be seen on my myspace, which underwent an overhaul!
