Ok this track is nothing from the electronic genre (big chance its pop)
I heard it on the radio and the lyrics can either be "I am alive, I am alive" or "High and alive, high and alive" Its a sung very light by a woman.
If anyone have any clues what this song can be I'd be grateful.

Wasn't any of those, but thank you for giving it a shot.
I have searched for the lyrics on google and anything with "Alive" or "I'm Alive" on Spotify..

Might be that, the only part of the lyrics I am hundred percent sure of is the alive part.
