yea i couldn't do it either. 40 is my max. but if you really enjoy it Wilky and it's not too stressful, then good 4 u.

i was doing 50 hour weeks last year, and would pull a 12 hour shift every so often if it was needed. wouldnt be able to do it everyday though. its good money, double time starts adding up quickly

Just finished and had my tea and oh my god im ****ed! I work in a factory that makes microwave meals for all the big supermarket chains... £6.32 x 60 about £380 before take, round about £300 after

Factory jobs here rotate in 3 shifts. Like 6-14, 14-22 and 22-06. If you get 6,32 / hour, it rounds about a lot more. Since you get extra for nights and stuff like that (AFAIK, not too familiar with UK legislations).

It all depends whats in your contract. I have been told its an extra £1 on the nite shift but the agency didnt say anything. Ive done the continental rotating 8hour shift b4. This factory does have 3 shifts but in various parts of it
