I take a 3mg melatonin pill and a vitamin A&E pill every night at 9PM. Until about a month ago I was also taking a very low dosage of risperdal nightly.

Melatonin because I have delayed sleep phase syndrome. If I didn't take it I wouldn't be able to go to bed until 6AM. The vitamin pill because mum wants me to.
Hey it's nowhere near bad. Some people have to take 10+ pills every day.
Edit: The risperdal was originally for my asperger's, although over time my doctor kept having my dosages lowered and lowered until I was basically taking the lowest dosage possible. I decided to quit on my own. Nothing changed after stopping.

I dont use chemicals. Nor should you. You are teaching your body that you need pills for that. Soon you cant live without them.

none - i wont even take headache pills.
if i have an affliction and my body can get over it in the slightest naturally then i will let it. havent had an alcoholic bev in about 2 years, save the fact i had a can of beer at creamfields 08...just havnt felt like it, dont need it or want it.
whispering - i could of sworn you said you drink beer as a hobby, mr i dont use chemicals ;)

No, mister wiseguy :p Its something made in a lab, where you extract a promille of a substance from something, so the end product is something you couldnt get from nature. So humans dont have any natural tolerance for them, we cant ever be sure of all the side effects.
