okay, tell us the story about when someone ripped you off online.
anabolic frolic pulled a pretty nasty trick about two years ago, pre-selling tickets, live recordings, and this DVD of all past hullas for $100 ish.
being the stupid dedicated ravers that we were, many of us bought these thinking we would get them. i don't know about everyone, but many people did not receive anything from this ass-hat, no ticket, no live recording, no dvd as promised.
also, according to paypals guidelines (which i am certain mr.frolic knew about) nothing could be done 45 days after the initial transaction.
so lame.
anyone else have stuff they wanna share? i've heard of people getting ripped off for way more than $100 so lets hear about it!!

well yes i was so stupid to get some decks from ebay once.. nd on the picture it had this amazin set.. was only 500 dollar and it had the text on tehre what you see is what you get.. well yes.. no lies bout that.. i payed 500 dollar for a photo.. did get it back thnx to me dad beeing a brilliant fella in rules nd stuff and all this law stuff i dont even know bout. but fak i was feeling sh1t when i recieved a photo that i payed ****ing 500 dollar for !!!!

havent been ripped off yet - ive been made to wait a very long time for things before (i once bought an Alesis AirFX, and it took 3 months to arrive off ebay! but yeah, still got it, was fairly annoyed i had to wait so long though...

isn't it terrible that there are such scammers out there? i know only one person replied so far, but really.
i just think it's sad that i feel like i have to be on guard all the time, because i shouldn't feel like that but unfortunately to protect your own interests, you have to.
people on ebay do that type of shit all time, i can't tell you how many "official" cds or dvds i have bought off of it that aren't real.
if i wanted a copy of something, i would have downloaded it and burned it myself ffs!

tbh, i get ripped off everytime i buy vinyl off ebay, they always overcharge for shipping.

Anabolic is a massive scam.. Scammed his way to get a record deal to produce Happy 2b Hardcore.. a FAIL at mixing... He's a dick too apparently, but he does pull great events no?
Anyway, from my perception of him and what i've heard of him do (and your information on him additionally) i think hes an ass... did he rip you off with that 100 dollars?
Ive been ripped off before online too... ****ing shits me... i hate that kinda stuff in particular

never bought tickets from anabolic frolic but when i purchased H2BH 8 lost mix i mentioned to him that I was worried bout purchasing from him again because of the lost products i had years before. he replaced the product that i originally purchased, along with another event dvd as well as the H2BH8 purchase. i was pretty satisfied. but yea i have heard of other bad stories about him and it sux that he does those things.
i've gotten ripped off on ebay when I've purchased adult movies on there. since paypal doesn't deal in pornography, you have to trust the seller that they will send the product to you after they cash your check. so it pretty much sucked sometimes when i've paid for some stuff and never receive it. also there is very little protection against things like this on ebay, unless they offer the option of purchasing insurance.

closest to being ripped of was when i bought the american version of FF Anthology (FF4 and CT).
I did get the games, but they where burned copies... should have filed a complaint, but they games worked

Every week I hear another horror story related to Anabolic Frolic. He must have been a really malign fellow.
I've never been ripped off fortunately... probably because I'm so paranoid about it.

I have been ripped off on Ebay before. I ordered the old Dutch cd "Happy Rave vol.5", and never recieved it. I got ripped off by Anabolic Frolic. I actually PAID for that horrible "Lost Mix" volume! I got the item a week later after ordering, but the mixing and choice of tracks was the rip off part!

Actually the rip off part was the fact the CD is 100% unlicensed...

i love ebay so hard though...
i once got 28 hardcore compilations (most double and triple cds) for £28
£28!!!!!!!!!!!!
some of them were still shrink wrapped, the rest looked new
i think they were off the back of a truck or somthing lol
