if he doesn't like the government interfering in his life, then he should become amish. and if they didn't legalize marijuana, what would happen, would people all of a sudden stop smoking it because they realize it's illegal? it's true that people shouldn't be thrown in jail for the use of drugs because there isn't proper rehabilitation for drug use in the prison system.
but other than that the guy is an idiot.
