Styles is actually my favourite (of both male and female vocalists) when left natural like in 5 AM, Flashlights, Skydiving et cetera. Not keen on the vocoded stuff to be honest, I love the rawness of his voice. It doesn't need heavy processing and actually stands out more when left natural.
I also rate Andy L's vocals. His voice has some kind of melancholy to it which I really like.

good voice or not, he can make it sound like however he wants. he's not gonna go out there and make a fool out of himself by singing it live like some other person we know
