speeding up a track

Okay, so I sped up a 140bpm track to 180bpm.
is it normal for the kickdrum to be phaseing in and out?
for example in this track:

Yes, its because of the timestretching algorhythm. You can try different algorhythms but the ones that are better for drums aren't as good for polyphonic bits.

What are you using to timestretch?

I'm useing cubase studio 4

i was thinkin about burning it on a cd and throwing it in a cdj-400.
